RESERVATION AND DEADLINE

No reservation will be made for old residents without payment of accommodation fees . 

100% of your current hostel fees is to be paid to secure your room before the deadline. Any payment made after deadline might not be acknowledged

STEP 1: PAYMENT

Go through the list of rooms available, note down your desired room and head to any of UBA/CalBank bank branches in Ghana and make full payment using your full name and phone number.

STEP 2: REGISTRATION & UPLOADING OF RECEIPT

 

Fill the registration form on the website & upload picture of your bank pay-in slip or receipt together with a picture of your ID card and a selfie or passport picture of yourself.

A confirmation email will be sent to you register.

NB:  if you pay your hostel fees and fail to complete the registration form you won’t be assigned a room and a refund as a result of such circumstance will attract a 10% fee of the amount paid.

Any Refund as a result of not making a full payment will also result in a 10% charge of the amount to be refunded.

STEP 3: OFFICIAL RECEIPT

Present a valid photocopy of your Knust student ID card to the hostel admin together  with your bank pay-in slip and one passport picture on the first day of reporting
